Monthly Senior Lunch, Thursday, Dec. 11th - 2008, organized by Sr. Dolores. It started
with a communion service conducted by Fr. Tarantino, and concluded with a very nice lunch
with Christmas carols and songs sung by the second graders in the school.

St. Hilary Parish hosted a First Friday Archdiocesan Charismatic Mass on Dec. 5th -
2008, celebrated by Fr. Tarantino, pastor of St. Hilary and liaison for the Charismatic
Renewal in the Archdiocese. The evening started with the Rosary, followed by a Holy Mass,
a healing service in the church, and concluded with a reception in the parish hall.

St. Hilary Parish held a monthly parish council meeting on Dec. 10th - 2008.
The members mainly discussed how we would have parishioners more actively engaged
in parish life. There was also a brief report about the parish and school by the pastor.

St. Hilary Parish hosted a Marin deanery meeting on Dec. 10th - 2008. Present
were Bishop Justice and priests in Marin County. The bishop gave a brief account of the
role of the deanery and the dean. After the presentation, he answered questions from
the floor, assisted by Fr. Tarantino (Southern Dean) and Fr. Rossi (Northern Dean). The
meeting concluded with brunch.

Monthly parish finance meeting in the rectory on - Dec. 18, 2008. Mr. Bill Tiedje, the
business manager, gave the members an update on the current financial status of the
parish and school.
